The Operations Manager is the backbone of Quantive's ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll ensure our advisory teams have everything they need to execute flawlessly, from deal logistics to technology infrastructure.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. You'll work across all practice areas, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of M&A transactions while building systems that scale.

Responsibilities
  • Manage deal operations including data room setup, document coordination, and closing logistics
  • Oversee firm technology stack including CRM, project management, and collaboration tools
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Develop and document operational processes and best practices
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration
  • Manage office operations and facilities
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years in operations, project management, or administrative leadership
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or similar environment
  • Strong proficiency with business software and technology systems
