Join our Team as a Brand Marketing Specialist-Operations!

The Role:

The Raymond brand is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Brand Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on operations coordination and asset readiness.

This role will work closely with brand marketing to deliver marketing programs, campaigns, and assets on time. They will serve as the central coordinator for the brand marketing team, working with cross-functional teams and external partners, managing workflows, timelines, and resources.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand awareness with operational discipline, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining brand consistency.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build, manage, and track detailed project timelines across multiple Brand Marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, advertising, sales enablement tools, trade shows, photo shoots, and more
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Support planning and execution of photography, videography, and CGI projects, ensuring production readiness and logistics
  • Coordinate marketing equipment readiness, scheduling, and transportation for marketing equipment and assets for trade shows, events, and media engagements
  • Organize, track, and maintain a centralized library of marketing assets, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
  • Track and manage Brand Marketing approval process, vendor agreements, and logistics schedules
  • Provide status updates, dashboards, and reporting to team members and leadership
  • Track department and campaign KPIs across brand marketing programs, including advertising, social media, website performance, and trade show lead generation
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales management, or project management (B2B
  • preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
  • priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and marketing logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: experience with project management tools, CMS platforms, and
  • Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
