Steer and monitor FM service performance (KPIs & SLAs)
Manage and control external FM service providers
Check maintenance activities, identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions
Steer and control technical FM projects on time and within budget
Track project progress, risks, and compliance (quality, safety, regulations)
Support budget forecasting, and cost control (OPEX/CAPEX), including optimization measures
Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements
Support audits, reporting, and performance reviews

Degree in FM, engineering, business, or similar
Experience in technical FM operations
Experience in project management within FM
