Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, professional Operations Assistant to join our team! As an Operations Assistant you'll play a crucial role supporting the Operations team with many different banking back-office tasks. The Operations Assistant will also routinely work in collaboration with Fiduciary Assistants and others on the Fiduciary Administration team during the course of a normal day. The perfect candidate will be accurate, precise, detail-oriented, proactive, engaged, professional with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritize and use sound judgement. Job seekers should take pride in their work, be passionate about helping others, and have an interest in growing with our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Open accounts on back office system, and maintain assets in client accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Generate and process client statements within the expected timeline.
  • Assist clients with online access support.
  • Support the entire team with a comprehensive understanding of fiduciary accounting systems.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in daily processes to enhance productivity.
  • Communicate professionally and considerately with internal and external contacts.
  • Participate in projects and ongoing improvements for the Operations department.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
  • Understanding of accounting systems and principles such as income and principal.
