About the Role 

The Pella DesignWorks Specialist is a strategic sales enablement and customer experience role within Pella's larger Digital Marketing team. The DesignWorks team supports Pella's distribution channels and sales teams by combining expertise in the fenestration industry with a strong understanding of exterior design to create renderings of windows, doors, and adjacent building materials across a wide range of building types. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment, consistently striving to exceed expectations by delivering visual-first, digitally enabled experiences that help homeowners understand options, build confidence, and make decisions earlier in the buying journey. 

Positioned at the intersection of design understanding, digital experience, and growth strategy, the DesignWorks Specialist helps evolve how Pella engages customers across in-home, digital, and hybrid environments. As AI and automation continue to transform visualization, this role emphasizes experience orchestration, adoption, and outcomes rather than traditional design production. 

 

What You'll Do:

Sales Support & Experience Enablement 

  • Provide visualization support to bring projects to life to accelerate decision-making.
  • Offer guidance on complex projects, including product combinations and curb appeal.
  • Deliver timely, high-impact support on priority opportunities in a fast-paced work environment.

Customer Experience & Digital Enablement 

  • Enable consistent, visual-led experiences that simplify decisions and build confidence.
  • Guide sales teams through a streamlined, digitally enhanced sales journey focusing on best practices and field visual success journeys.
  • Support the use and adoption of visualization tools, AI-assisted platforms, and interactive experiences.
  • Identify opportunity points across channels and recommend scalable experience improvements.

Innovation, Process & Optimization 

  • Monitor trends in AI, visualization, and digital selling, including competitor offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency through automation and emerging tools.
  • Evaluate end-to-end workflows and contribute to best practices tied to engagement, adoption, and sales outcomes.
  • Capture field feedback and insights to continuously improve tools and experiences.

Collaboration 

  • Partner across sales, design, marketing, digital, and external teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives tied to digital experience, lead engagement, and in-market activation.
  • Benchmark competitors and adjacent industries to inform continuous improvement.

Education & Experience:
