Vive Exterior Design specializes in the construction of custom outdoor environments for residential properties. Our projects include hardscape installation, planting, and outdoor living features, with a focus on build quality, efficient execution, and long-term durability.


Position Summary

We are hiring a Landscape Installation Crew Lead to manage on-site construction of residential landscape projects. This role combines hands-on installation work with day-to-day crew oversight, ensuring projects are completed according to plan, on schedule, and to established quality standards.


Primary Duties

  • Oversee daily installation activities on assigned residential job sites
  • Execute construction of hardscapes, paver systems, planting layouts, and related features
  • Direct crew workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • Read and implement landscape design plans and specifications
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and scheduling with internal team members
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and construction equipment
  • Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job site conditions

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape installation or outdoor construction
  • Prior experience leading crews or supervising field teams
  • Working knowledge of hardscape systems, grading, and planting installation
  • Ability to interpret landscape or construction plans
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and on-site decision-making skills
  • Ability to perform physically active outdoor work in varying conditions
