Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Fabricator openings in North Branch, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay: $25.00
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-inspect and evaluate the quality of products before forwarding to the next step
  • Utilize a variety of tools to create asphalt maintenance equipment

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of fabrication
  • Training/experience in overhead crane and forklift use
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Skilled in forklift and crane operations
  • Strong mathematical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify different materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., repetitious bending, and standing for extended periods
