The role oversees programs connected to study abroad, exchange opportunities, undergraduate research, career development, internships, and service learning. This position supports the overall development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with institutional goals while strengthening student engagement and learning opportunities. The Senior Director will collaborate with faculty, supervise staff, manage operational areas, and support students participating in experiential and abroad opportunities. The position also serves as an important contact for study abroad and exchange partners while helping ensure effective program coordination and student support.
