Experienced Assistant Property Manager


Location: Tallahassee, FL


Certified Apartment Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for apartment communities in the Tallahassee, FL area.


The ideal candidate must have previous multifamily apartment experience, strong administrative and customer service skills, and the ability to assist with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community.


Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager with daily community operations

Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins

Assist with resident accounts, payments, and delinquency follow-up

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents

Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries

Maintain accurate resident files and community records

Assist with reporting and administrative duties

Support leasing and resident retention efforts

Help resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently

Step in to assist with community operations when needed

Requirements:

Previous multifamily apartment experience is REQUIRED

Previous Assistant Property Manager experience is strongly preferred

Knowledge of leasing, renewals, resident accounts, and property operations

Experience with property management software is preferred

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
