As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential. The position of Property Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager.
The Property Manager's primary focus shall include but not limited to:
Manageallaspectsofpropertyoperations,includingleasing,rentcollection,maintenance,andresidentrelations.
Developandimplementeffectivemarketingstrategiestoattractandretainresidents.
Conductthoroughmarketresearchtodeterminerentalratesandimplementstrategiestomaintaincompetitivepricing.
Hire,train,superviseandmotivateadedicatedteamofleasingconsultants,maintenancetechnicians,andadministrativestaff.
Collaboratewithmaintenanceteamtoensuretimelycompletionofworkorders,move-ins,make readyandmaintenancerequests.
Overseetheleaserenewalprocess,negotiateleaseterms,andstrivetomaximizeresidentretention.
Conductregularpropertyinspectionstoensurecompliancewithcompanystandardsandlocalregulations.
Maintainaccuraterecordsoffinancialtransactions,preparebudgets,andanalyzefinancialperformance.
Resolveresidentconcernsandmaintainapositivecommunityatmosphere.
Valid Drivers License
Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred
High school diploma is a must, post-secondary preferred in business or property management
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Possess strong leadership; interpersonal and organization skills
Possess effective time management skills and attention to detail
