Join our Team as a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist at Richman Property Services (RPS), Inc., based out of our Tampa Support Center in Tampa, FL!

Location: The Digital Marketing Specialist will support our national portfolio and will work a hybrid schedule based out of our Tampa Support Center. The hybrid work schedule is 3-days working in the office, and 2-days working remotely from your home. The hours for the position are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the digital foundation of our multifamily portfolio. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing RentCafe property websites, supporting portfolio-wide SEO initiatives, and partnering closely with IT and Yardi systems teams to ensure seamless website functionality, integration, and performance.

This role requires both technical proficiency and strategic understanding balancing hands-on website development with a strong grasp of SEO best practices, domain management, and platform integrations that drive lead generation and leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance

• Build, launch, and maintain RentCafe property websites across a multifamily portfolio
• Customize RentCafe templates using HTML and CSS to align with brand standards and marketing strategy
• Troubleshoot website issues related to layout, functionality, forms, integrations, and performance
• Ensure websites remain up-to-date with current content, specials, floor plans, pricing feeds, and compliance requirements

SEO & Digital Performance Support

• Support the portfolio’s SEO strategy through on-page optimization, metadata updates, site structure improvements, and content best practices
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and external partners to implement SEO recommendations
• Monitor website health metrics including page speed, indexing issues, and technical SEO factors
• Assist with ongoing SEO audits and prioritization across the portfolio

Domain & Technical Coordination

• Manage domain purchases, renewals, redirects, and DNS coordination in partnership with the IT team
• Ensure proper domain configurations for new developments, rebrands, and website migrations
• Maintain consistency between domains, subdomains, and property website structures

Yardi & System Integrations

• Work closely with the Yardi Systems team to support website integrations including:
  • RentCafe CRM
  • Pricing and availability feeds
  • Online applications and resident portals
  • Third-party integrations (chat tools, analytics, call tracking, etc.)
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting integrations to ensure accurate data flow and lead attribution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing managers, leasing teams, IT, and operations to support property-level and portfolio-level initiatives
• Support new development launches, lease-ups, and property transitions with timely website delivery
• Help document processes, best practices, and workflows related to website management and digital tools

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or web development—multifamily or real estate experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RentCafe websites
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS for template customization
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices
• Experience coordinating with IT and systems teams on domains and integrations
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

• Experience working within the Yardi ecosystem (RentCafe, CRM, website integrations)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
• Experience supporting lease-ups, rebrands, or large multifamily portfolios
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical problem-solving
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
• Process-driven with a continuous-improvement mindset
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into functional digital execution
• Comfortable balancing creative customization with platform constraints
