Position Overview:
As an Arena Experience Event Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will play a vital role in creating Monumental memories by maintaining a proactive presence throughout the arena and assisting with guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests in a pleasant and professional manner as they enter the arena. Provide accurate building/arena information as needed.
  • Proactively supervise assigned areas to ensure guest safety and wellbeing.
  • Carry out arena policies courteously and consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards, damage, or spills in seating areas.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns including seating issues, complaints, or disputes; escalate as needed.
  • Validate tickets and provide access guidance to guests, including those with accessibility or sensory needs.
  • Control access to restricted areas by checking credentials and verifying authorization.
  • Ensure all aisles, walkways, and portals remain clear; maintain closed curtains when required.
  • Use handheld communication devices to report incidents and complete accurate, timely incident reports.
  • Respond to guest injuries or illnesses and assist with emergency procedures.
  • Observe and implement "stop in play" rules during home games.
  • Support event operations by setting up or relocating equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, signage, stanchions).
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on event needs.
Qualifications:
  • Must be available for at least 65% of scheduled events per month, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of relevant customer/guest service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional, composed, and proactive in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Requires prolonged standing, walking and stair climbing to access full range of the arena.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds unassisted.
  • Flexibility to work flexible shifts (typically 4-6 hours).
Pay Rate: $20.55 USD/hour
