Architecture Services COE Program Analyst - JLL
What this job involves:
Provides analytical and coordination support for program strategy, vendor management, and sourcing initiatives on assigned JLL client programs. Delivers data-driven insights and actionable deliverables that support strategic decision-making and superior client service.
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Supports program strategy team on large complex sourcing and vendor management projects and assignments.
  • Analyzes complex data including vendor performance metrics, evaluation datasets, portfolio coverage information, and RFI/RFP responses to deliver actionable insights supporting program strategy and strategic provider selection decisions.
  • Creates clear, well-organized Excel and PowerPoint deliverables including data visualizations, comparison tables, scoring models, vendor comparison analyses, evaluation reports, and executive presentations.
  • Translates large datasets into concise metrics, scorecards, and analytical reports for decision-making and stakeholder review.
  • Conducts thorough data lookups, cross-referencing, and verification across multiple vendor sources, firm databases, portfolio systems, and program information to ensure data integrity throughout RFI/RFP evaluation and program processes.
  • Utilizes advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, complex formulas), data visualization tools, and analytics platforms to process RFI/RFP responses, vendor performance information, and program data.
  • Independently manages multiple concurrent analytical projects from initiation through completion with minimal oversight, including vendor database development, evaluation scoring systems, and geographic coverage analysis.
  • Leads stakeholder communications and presents evaluation findings, comparative analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and program documentation.
  • Manages all program documentation including templates, tracking systems, and program files. Maintains best practices documentation on SharePoint site.
  • Proactively identifies data quality issues, evaluation process bottlenecks, program risks, and process improvements; develops solutions and implements corrective actions without prompting.
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships across key program stakeholders including JLL team members, partner organizations, client leadership, and vendor network.
  • Provides analytical and coordination support for sourcing, selection, onboarding, and program launch phases.
  • Supports program coordination activities including evaluation meeting preparation, vendor coordination logistics, executive communications, and program documentation.
  • Administrative duties to include coordinating travel arrangements, expense report preparation, organizing meetings, and supporting team logistics.
  • Actively collaborates with stakeholders and leverages platform support resources.
  • Assists with client communication, conferences, and program events.
  • Provides superior client service in all interactions with client stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Contributes to the growth of JLL's capabilities and program best practices.
  • Any and all other duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented and organized-must have ability to proactively plan for multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong communication skills-both written and oral.
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. Advanced Excel proficiency required including expertise with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables).
  • Must be a self-starter-able to start and complete projects independently.
  • Proactive-does not wait for tasks to be asked, but always prompts to identify what else can be done.
  • Customer Focus-dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the external and internal customer, acts with customer in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, and gains their trust and respect.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity-can effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, can decide and act without having the total picture.
