Job description

One Federal Solution is seeking a STILO Specialist to provide intelligence analysis and production, Intelligence Oversight (IO) Program support, JWICS network management support, and security administration and SCIF support in support of ONR requirements.
The STILO Specialist will support classified intelligence operations, maintain required documentation and records, and assist with network, security, and Intelligence Oversight activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Intelligence Analysis & Production: Draft and publish recurring S&T intelligence updates on classified networks (JWICS, SIPR). Track and follow up on intelligence Production Requests via COLISEUM.
  • Intelligence Oversight (IO) Program Support: Update annual IO training, track completions, maintain records, and draft quarterly IO reports.
  • JWICS Network Management Support: Assist in managing the ONR JWICS network, including account requests, funding/tech refresh coordination, and updating mandatory authorizations.
  • Security Administration & SCIF Support: Provide daily support for SCIF expansion, manage clearances for briefings, and assist the Special Security Officer (SSO) with required documentation.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Additional Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience working at the TS/SCI level is highly desirable.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred majors include business, communications, or graphic design).
OR
The requirement for a bachelor's degree may be waived if the proposed STILO Specialist has a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance
TS/SCI (Current or ability to obtain within two months of assignment to ONR. An OPM Background Investigation completed within the last five (5) years is required.)
