Responsibilities

Lead our expansion efforts by identifying and securing new opportunities within the local market.

Meet with potential clients to evaluate their current insurance coverage and provide thoughtful recommendations for their protection.

Manage your own daily schedule and sales outreach to ensure consistent growth in your territory.

Participate in local community gatherings and networking events to foster visibility for The Atlantic District.

Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine our outreach strategies and improve our service offerings.

Ensure all policy applications are completed accurately and in full compliance with state regulations.


Requirements

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in consultative insurance sales.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.

High level of comfort using digital tools to track sales activity and client communications.

Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.

Understanding of the Midlothian community and surrounding areas.
