Our Branch Manager Training Program (BMTP) is a six-month immersive development experience designed to prepare high-potential leaders to run a Groundworks branch and drive exceptional results for customers, employees, and the business.You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, and production while learning the Groundworks culture, business model, and leadership principles. Upon completion, you'll be placed into a Branch Manager role at one of our 80+ locations.This program requires travel during training and a willingness to relocate for your Branch Manager placement.If you're motivated by growth, leadership, and opportunity, Groundworks is ready to invest in your future.The General Manager in Training will be learning the ropes to oversee and coordinate the operation of one Groundworks-affiliated branch location in accordance with the standards of the organization. The General Manager in Training will be learning how to manage their direct reports to guide all office, sales and production activities, ensuring the execution of the organizational strategy to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, sales and profitability.The GMT operates first in a training capacity to understand the Groundworks business model and organizational drivers. During training the GMT may travel throughout the region in which they are assigned to further their development, while waiting to assume the role of General Manager in a branch location. A new branch location can become available in several ways: Acquisition, Greenfield or internal movement in the company. This individual would need to be open to relocation as this position may need to relocate for a branch location within the Region or outside of the Region, but within the Groundworks umbrella.
