·       Maintain compliance with office policies, HIPAA, OSHA, confidentiality, and medical office standards.

Qualifications

·       3–5 years of management experience preferred.

·       Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused.
·       Comfortable giving feedback and having difficult conversations when needed.
·       Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities.
·       Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, patient care, and practice growth.
·       Loyal, trustworthy, discreet, and committed to excellence.
·       Able to build strong relationships with staff, patients, vendors, and leadership.

Preferred Management Style

The ideal manager leads with structure, clarity, accountability, and encouragement. This person should be able to inspire the team, create clear expectations, monitor performance, and step in quickly when standards are not being met.
