The Senior Learning Designer / Program Manager-BEST Operations

Supportwill be a critical support as Johnson Controls pursues its mission, leading the successful design,deploymentand program management of training solutions for our field managers.

Your challenge will be to design,developand program manage learning programs that support our employees. You will lead the execution of successful training solutions aligned with the specific needs of the business. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will design and deliver training, collaborate on development, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement for upskilling our employees.

How you will do it:

Sr LXD - Responsibilities

• Collaborate with change, communications, and business team members to ensure your learning solutions positively drive required upskilling and behavior change.

• Use strong project management skills in developing outcomes that positivelyimpactthe business.

• Act as an internal consultant to combine multiple perspectives into holistic solutions that maximize the impacttothe business.

• Build andmonitortraining roadmap(s) for specific roles within thefieldbusiness.

• Leverage innovative learning technologies and platforms to deploy learning, including but not limited to our internal learning technologies

• Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in learning design, training, and technical learning.

Program Manager - Responsibilities

• Design programs that drive field effectiveness andprovide upskilling opportunities for our employees.

• Differentiate the design of learning opportunities so new-to-career, new-to-role, or new-to- JCI employees can access information at various entry points.

• Own end to end new hire training from design to deployment (we will help with development). Use data to drive your learning design, and to evaluateeffectivenessof training solutions.

• Use learner data tomodifyexisting programs and redesign based on participant feedback.

• Hold learner interviews, focus groups, needs analyses and pilots toidentify, address and redesign learning events.

• Work very closely with developers who will build your designs.Needyour ability to flex on time, as we have a global team.

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work.

• Use your exceptional project management skills to track and drive learning solutions tied to business needs.

• Own the end-to-end learning strategy to include needs analysis, iterative design and development cycles, deployment, measurement, and maintenance of your solutions.

• Deploy your learning solutions to JCI employees.

• Educated - Holds aBachelor's Degreein Instructional Design, Education, AdultLearningor related discipline. AMaster'sdegree in relatedfieldis preferred. We will also consider people withstrongbackgroundand relevant experience!
