As of Aug 22, 2026, the average yearly pay for exosomes research in the United States is $130,117.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $107,500.00 and $173,000.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What is exosomes research?

Exosomes research focuses on the study of exosomes, which are small extracellular vesicles released by cells into bodily fluids. These vesicles play crucial roles in cell communication, disease progression, and potential therapeutic applications. Researchers in this field investigate how exosomes carry proteins, lipids, and genetic material, and how they can be used for diagnostics, drug delivery, and understanding diseases like cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in exosomes research, and why are they important?

To thrive in Exosomes Research, you need a strong background in molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry, typically supported by an advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a related field. Familiarity with technical tools such as nanoparticle tracking analysis, flow cytometry, electron microscopy, and omics data analysis platforms is essential, along with knowledge of relevant laboratory protocols. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective teamwork are vital soft skills for designing experiments and interpreting complex data. These competencies ensure rigorous research, accurate data interpretation, and meaningful contributions to the rapidly evolving field of exosome science.

What are some common challenges faced by researchers working in exosomes research, and how can they be addressed?

Researchers in exosomes research often encounter challenges such as isolating pure exosome samples due to the presence of similar extracellular vesicles and contaminants. Ensuring reproducibility and standardization of experimental protocols can also be demanding, given the evolving nature of techniques in this field. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, staying updated with the latest methodologies, and participating in professional networks can help overcome these hurdles and foster successful research outcomes.

What is the difference between Exosomes Research vs Cell Culture Technician?

AspectExosomes ResearchCell Culture Technician

Job description

About Rize Up

Regenerative medicine is transforming patient care, and Rize Up is at the center of it. We are building the most trusted biologics platform in the United States, supplying peptides, exosomes, stem cell products, and regenerative biologics to the providers defining the future of medicine: functional medicine physicians, dermatologists, med spas, chiropractors, and orthopedic practices nationwide. Every account we open puts advanced regenerative solutions in the hands of a provider and, ultimately, in front of a patient who needs them.

We built this company for people who refuse to stand still. We promote from within, we invest in our people, and we hire for careers, not jobs.

The Opportunity

This is not a seat on a phone bank. It is the proving ground for the next generation of sales leadership at Rize Up. You will own your territory, build your own book of business, and earn every step up. Our top performers do not stay reps for long. They become trainers, they build and lead their own teams, and they grow into the executives who run this business. If you are ambitious, coachable, and driven to build something larger than yourself, the ladder is right here.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and cold call new provider accounts across the functional medicine, dermatology, med spa, chiropractic, and orthopedic markets
  • Follow up on warm leads and convert them into long term accounts
  • Build, grow, and manage your own book of business
  • Educate providers on our peptide, exosome, and stem cell product lines
  • Stay current on research, products, and trends across the biologics and regenerative medicine space
  • Develop and deliver training materials for new sales hires and for client facing education
  • Partner with the executive team on strategies to scale the business
  • Represent Rize Up with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in every interaction

What You Bring

  • Five or more years of sales experience; regenerative medicine or biologics sales experience is a significant plus
  • A documented record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly and build trust quickly
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and genuine interest in training and leading a team over time
  • Strong organizational, follow up, and pipeline management habits
  • A self motivated, coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning in a fast moving industry
  • An engaging, professional presence that brings energy to every call and every relationship
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and helping providers deliver better outcomes for their patients
  • Comfort with cold outreach and resilience in the face of rejection
  • Humility and a growth mindset, always looking for the next skill to build

Compensation

Performance based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Your income grows directly with your results, and we provide a reliable income floor while you ramp up and build your book of business. Full details provided during the interview process.

Why Rize Up

  • High earning potential with potential path to leadership for high performers
  • Ground floor opportunity with a company positioned to become a national leader in the biologics space
  • Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced sales leadership
  • A mission driven culture focused on real patient impact

The biologics market is growing fast, and Rize Up is positioned to lead it. If you want your effort to show up in your paycheck, your title, and the company you help build, we want to hear from you.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
