In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Take responsibility for a wide variety of executive-level and specialized project-related administrative and accounting functions
  • Work independently and exercise considerable discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Manage multiple complex paper and electronic files, including high-level documents and records
  • Compose and develop correspondence and complex reports
  • Manage project insurance matters for both subs and HDR
  • Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures and independently monitor for quality assurance
  • Manage project documents and files
  • Answer questions regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, and develop presentations
  • Work with complex contracts and sub-agreements
  • Track and monitor project budgets, workloads and schedules
  • Schedule, organize, and participate in project reviews
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients and corporate executives
  • Work closely with multiple executives, Project Managers, and project teams
  • Exercise good judgment and discretion, and independently resolve problems and issues relating to administrative project functions
  • Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with project contractual obligations as needed
  • Work closely with the Project Mangers to prepare project schedules in Microsoft Projects or P6
  • Perform other duties as needed
