  • Manage claims, financial reconciliation, and closeout processes, including contingency resolution and Day 2 work planning
  • Provide accurate and timely pricing to clients for Change Orders, Day 2 work, and Service work
  • Maintain organized financial tracking and documentation to support transparency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Project Management, Coordination, & Execution
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring each receives appropriate attention and alignment with Team Lead on critical decisions
  • Lead initial project setup, including permitting, project folder creation, and schedule development in partnership with the Superintendent
  • Coordinate and run kickoff meetings to align team members on expectations, procurement strategy, schedule, profit targets, and responsibilities

Technical Effectiveness & Quality
  • Take full ownership of project delivery, including drawing and construction document review, RFIs, and submittal management
  • Maintain proficiency in project management and scheduling software; continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and support training of junior staff
  • Ensure consistent organization of project communication, documentation, and workflows across all platforms
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of construction processes, drawings, documents, RFIs, and submittals
  • Apply strong attention to detail and quality control across all project documentation and execution
  • Maintain knowledge of permitting workflows and project setup procedures
    Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling concepts and critical path awareness

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Commercial Interior Project Manager, with a proven track record managing highly detailed, high-value corporate interior projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Required experience leading high-rise commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, scope development, contract review, financial oversight, and risk management
  • Strong ability to win and execute profitable, high-quality projects, including pitching and interviewing for new client work
  • Professional communication skills with clients, project partners, and stakeholders
  • Proven success in client retention, relationship management, and delivering a premier client experience
