Job description

We are a growing construction company in Chicago seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager.

The construction project manager responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management, including, but not limited to, Estimating, Project Planning, Subcontractor Procurement, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Client Relations, Safety Management and Project Close-Out.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.

2. Must be a hard working, ambitious professional with a positive attitude.

3. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or architecture or is required.

4. Strong computer skills, especially using spreadsheet software, and project scheduling are required.

5. Excellent communication skills and must be able to effectively communicate with clients

6. Good understanding of construction practices and MEP building systems.
