Company Overview:
CTO Dog Training is the fastest growing boutique dog training business in South Jersey and service all of New Jersey, southern New York and eastern Pennsylvania. This is a demanding but highly rewarding position with a company that prides itself in professionalism, customer service, and team atmosphere.  
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who loves dogs and wants to gain hands-on experience in the dog training industry. As a Training Apprentice, you will assist with the daily care, supervision, and enrichment of our training dogs while maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment.  
Base Salary/Pay: $16.50/hour Responsibilities and Duties:
* Feed dogs based on individual diets and schedules * Ensure fresh, clean water is always available * Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to senior staff * Clean and sanitize kennels, crates, feeding bowls, and play areas * Maintain indoor/outdoor training area cleanliness * Handle and dispose of pet waste responsibly during let-outs * Let dogs out for bathroom breaks on a rotating schedule * Supervise dogs during playtime or outdoor exercise * Assist with leash walking or group play sessions (as directed) * Restock food, treats, and cleaning supplies * Wash and fold laundry (dog beds, towels, etc.) * Help with dog check-in/out and occasional client communication Qualifications and Skills Requirement:
* A genuine love for dogs and interest in training/behavior * Responsible and punctual with strong attention to detail * Able to follow directions and work independently or with a team * Willingness to work outdoors and handle physical tasks (lifting, walking, cleaning) * Reliable transportation to and from our facility in South Jersey * Available to work weekdays and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications (not required):
