Reporting to the Vice President, Global Business Services, you will lead the enterprise Data Management Organization and drive the strategy, governance, and execution of master data excellence across Conagra. You will strengthen data quality, build governance capabilities, and create sustainable processes that ensure trusted, high-quality data across operational and analytical environments.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesLead the enterprise data governance framework, including roles, standards, policies, and stewardship models.Drive the data quality strategy with rule development, monitoring, scorecards, and remediation tied to business outcomes.Advance capabilities in master data management, integration and migration, digital shelf governance, and compliance with global standards.Promote governance methods centered on automation, system-enforced controls, and scalable processes supporting growth and acquisitions.Architect modern master data processes that minimize errors, accelerate launches, prevent supply chain disruptions, and enable analytics.Guide cross-functional execution through an efficient operating model focused on quality, speed, and business value.Ensure master data requirements are consistently met within SLAs while adapting to evolving business needs.Partner with IT and functional teams to embed governance and quality standards into systems, workflows, and integrations.Develop and lead teams of stewards, domain owners, and governance professionals with clear roles and performance expectations.Manage third-party partnerships to ensure consistent delivery and continuous improvement.Translate enterprise strategies into DMO goals, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with Procurement, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT to deliver aligned governance solutions.Serve as a trusted advisor, elevating awareness of data quality impacts and driving adoption of standards.Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle processes, including integrations, content publishing, and quality initiatives.Monitor user satisfaction, resolve escalations, and champion user-centered improvements.Ingredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.12+ years of progressive leadership across business and data functions, including 5+ years leading teams.Expertise in Buy, Make, Sell and Deliver processes and master data requirements within a consumer packaged goods environment.Knowledge of one or more domains such as Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Transportation, or Sales.Experience in data governance, master data management concepts, data quality frameworks, metadata management, and enabling technologies.Skilled in influencing at all levels and navigating complex stakeholder environments.Experience with customer supply chain systems, business integrations, and vendor ecosystems.Number of Days in Office: 3#LI-Hybrid#LI-PM1#LI-DirectorCompensation Pay Range:$153,000-$236,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
