EXECUTIVE TRAVELING HOUSEKEEPER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In
Compensation: Starting at $120,000/year, DOE
Travel: Frequent domestic and international travel, including Los Angeles
POSITION OVERVIEW
A private family is seeking an experienced Executive Traveling Housekeeper / Personal Assistant to support their primary residence in Las Vegas and travel frequently with the family, both domestically and internationally.
This is a hands-on position combining high-level housekeeping with light personal assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, highly organized, flexible, and genuinely enthusiastic about travel. They should be comfortable working in a luxury private household and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
This is a live-in position requiring significant flexibility for extended periods of travel, which may occasionally last one to two months at a time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-charge housekeeping and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the residence
- Detailed cleaning, organization, and household upkeep
- Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and closet organization
- Grocery shopping and household provisioning
- Household inventory management and maintaining adequate supplies
- Running errands, including drop-offs and pickups
- Scheduling and assisting with day-to-day household logistics
- Packing and unpacking for frequent domestic and international travel
- Preparing the household and family belongings for travel
- Assisting with general household operations and personal support as needed
- Traveling extensively with the family throughout the U.S. and internationally
- Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality regarding the family and household
- Performing additional household and personal support duties as requested
Cooking experience is a plus but is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar private-service or luxury household role
- Experience working with high-net-worth families and/or in large luxury residences strongly preferred
- Exceptional housekeeping, laundry, wardrobe, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of presentation
- Professional, polished, discreet, and trustworthy
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel plans
- Energetic and physically capable of handling the demands of the position
- Easygoing and comfortable working in a private household environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for frequent domestic and international travel
- Fluent in English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- International travel experience is a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation starts at $120,000 annually and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates.
