Job Duties and Responsibilities

Wireless networking and connectivity operations face persistent bottlenecks from complex network performance management, fragmented infrastructure data, and slow service provisioning. This role addresses these operational frictions by embedding artificial intelligence across wireless engineering, network operations, and connectivity service management. Through strategic translation and rapid prototyping, the position converts generative AI and machine learning capabilities into measurable improvements in network reliability, bandwidth optimization, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal AI subject matter experts to design and deploy rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using platforms like Google AI Studio for network analytics, automated troubleshooting, and performance forecasting.

  • Navigate technical processes across systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and core network management platforms to ensure cross-functional connectivity initiatives move forward without operational delays.

  • Enforce data governance and security across infrastructure systems of record to automate executive reporting and maintain strict regulatory compliance standards.

  • Clear technical and operational barriers for non-technical engineering and operations partners to accelerate adoption of generative AI tools across wireless business units.

Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies
  • Deep AI literacy in prompt engineering, LLM behaviors, and generative AI tools to translate complex technical capabilities into practical wireless connectivity solutions.

  • Critical experience in wireless network engineering, telecommunications operations, or network management with a record of executing cross-functional technology initiatives.

  • Advanced expertise in telecommunications data privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to safeguard proprietary network architecture and operational data.

  • Consultative relationship management expertise to guide, educate, and influence non-technical stakeholders and business leaders through digital transformation.

  • Strategic execution skills to anticipate operational network requirements, analyze telemetry and performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in corporate telecommunications operations, network management systems, or wireless service delivery platforms.

  • Industry AI, network, or telecom certifications from providers such as Google, AWS, Anthropic/Claude, Glean, or Databricks.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in Wireless Technologies, Telecommunications Operations, or Information Technology

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
