Job description

Overview

Exec is recruiting experienced sales trainers into our Solutions Partner program.

You already know the hardest part of sales training. The workshop lands, the reps nod, and three weeks later the old habits are back. Exec closes that gap. Your methodology becomes AI roleplays reps practice against between your sessions, your standards become call scorecards applied to their real conversations, and your training calendar becomes a structured program that runs all year. You keep your practice, your rates, and your client relationships, and you earn a revenue share when your clients become Exec customers.

About the Role

We want to be upfront about what this is. This is a revenue-share partnership rather than a salaried or hourly position. Exec pays partners commissions and referral fees on the business they bring, and partners charge their own clients directly for their services. If you are looking for W-2 employment or guaranteed income, this program will not be a fit. If you have an active book of clients and want a platform that extends your work and pays you for the deals you influence, read on.

  • An active roster of clients, as an independent sales trainer or a training firm principal

  • A defined methodology, whether your own or a named framework you deliver

  • Five or more years training revenue teams

  • Comfort recommending software to clients as part of a broader engagement

  • Bonus points for an existing audience through a newsletter, LinkedIn following, community, or podcast

  • 30% of everything a client pays Exec for their first twelve months when they sign up through your partner link

  • 15% of first-year subscription fees on registered sales-led deals, even when our sales team runs the entire process, with ninety-day deal protection and extensions for active deals

  • Your services revenue stays yours. Bundle Exec into larger engagements, administer client workspaces, and invoice clients directly. Exec takes no cut of your training or advisory fees

  • Your methodology, productized. Talk tracks, objection patterns, and rubrics become voice roleplays and call scorecards

  • Skill trend dashboards you and your client review together, so your training's impact shows up in data rather than anecdotes

  • A listing in the Exec partner directory, with inquiries routed to you

  • Co-marketing with our team, including joint content, webinars, and launches

  • Early access to new platform capabilities

  • No fees, no quotas, no exclusivity. You can keep working with other platforms
