CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Executive Human Resource Service is a provider of human resource solutions for organizations of all sizes. We work with a variety of companies to provide top talent and streamline their hiring processes, while providing customized services to help businesses effectively manage their workforce development goals.  Our team is dedicated to finding the best fit for both the company and the employee.

We are privileged to present an exciting opportunity with a Health Care Provider operating multiple hospitals across several states in the US.  Collectively, the medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.  The organization values professionals who bring clinical expertise, initiative, compassion, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Your perspective and clinical judgment are valued, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals while continuing to grow your expertise.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our client's team.  This is an opportunity for an experienced Athletic Trainer to become an integral part of a respected healthcare organization committed to patient-focused, whole-person care. Rather than functioning solely as event coverage, this position provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with athletes and athletic programs while serving as an extension of the organization's broader sports medicine and rehabilitation services.

Career Opportunity For Athletic Trainer
For an Athletic Trainer seeking a long-term opportunity within a healthcare environment not simply another athletic coverage assignment, this position offers meaningful clinical work, professional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a measurable difference in the health, safety, and performance of the athletes you serve.

The Athletic Trainer is a key member of the sports medicine and rehabilitation team, providing clinical athletic training services in support of assigned sports teams, schools, athletes, and community programs. Working under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor for Rehabilitation Services or Sports Medicine, this professional serves as a trusted clinical resource for injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and appropriate triage of athletic injuries.

This role offers an opportunity to combine hands-on clinical expertise with meaningful relationships across athletes, coaches, schools, families, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals. The Athletic Trainer will play an important role in promoting safe participation, supporting recovery, and helping athletes return to activity with confidence.

The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in dynamic school or sports environments while remaining closely connected to a collaborative healthcare organization.

Why Join the Organization?
The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and their families, promote overall well-being, encourage professional growth, and provide financial security. Team members are supported so they can remain focused on what matters most: delivering exceptional, compassionate care to patients and the communities they serve.
