Job description

Job Summary:
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a certified Salesforce Partner focused on maximizing Salesforce investments for Mid-Market companies. The Salesforce Lead Technical Architect will serve as the senior-most technical authority, responsible for designing scalable Salesforce architectures and guiding delivery teams through complex implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce engagements across Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with client business goals and Salesforce best practices.
• Define system architecture patterns including data modeling, automation strategy, security model, integration framework, and DevOps approach.
• Own integration architecture across APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, etc.), external platforms, ERP systems, telephony, and marketing systems.
• Follow technical standards, governance models, and reusable architecture frameworks
• Work collaboratively with teams to outline and handoff work to others
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and Project Managers to align functional and technical design.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments.
• Assist with deployment and troubleshoot environment differences causing acceptance criteria to fail.
• Validate technical estimates during pre-sales and ROM creation.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and Salesforce best practices.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and IP development.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, platform updates, AI capabilities, and ecosystem tools.
• Serve as executive technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.
• Translate business strategy into scalable technical architecture.
• Present architecture roadmaps, integration diagrams, and long-term technical strategy.
• Support pre-sales pursuits by leading discovery sessions and technical solution workshops.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8 years of Salesforce implementation experience with at least 4 years in an architect-level role
• Expertise in architecting solutions and handing off tickets to other delivery team members for execution
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including: Data modeling & large data volume strategy, Apex, LWC, integrations & API frameworks, Security & sharing model design, CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Proven experience leading multi-cloud and complex integration projects
• Strong understanding of middleware tools (MuleSoft or similar) and system-to-system integrations
• Experience designing solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, and/or Data Cloud
• Strong client-facing communication skills with executive-level presence
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor technical teams
• Experience working in consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects
Preferred:
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Application Architect or System Architect)
• CTA track or equivalent experience strongly preferred
