Executive Assistant

HonorVet Technologies (SDVOSB) is a certified veteran owned staffing and workforce solutions company recognized for its industry certifications, commitment to quality talent acquisition, and excellence in delivering IT, healthcare, federal, state, and SLED (State, Local, and Education) staffing services, helping organizations build reliable, compliant, and high performing teams across mission critical sectors.

Executive assistant to support 2 executives within the Dean's office. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Calendaring and time management for executives
  • Drafting emails, letters, and responses
  • Meeting preparation: high level as well as large meetings
  • Event preparation: assist in setting up, cleaning up and putting materials together
  • Travel coordination
  • Executive support
  • Filling and front desk reception duties
  • Other adhoc support as needed

Environment: Smart casual. Will need to dress business casual, work within a highly confidential and professional setting, and will be supporting all levels of "customers" from students to executive levels, govt officials, etc.

  • Meeting preparation and coordination.
  • Travel coordination and itinerary management.
  • Event planning and coordination.
