Strategic Account Executive - Cooling Solutions
Location

Remote candidates with significant fleet, transportation, logistics, or industrial sales experience will be considered.
Position Summary
Lowen is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to lead the growth and commercialization of our Cooling Solutions business. This role will focus on developing opportunities for innovative technologies designed to improve fleet efficiency, thermal performance, sustainability, and operating costs within transportation and fleet environments.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary sales lead for this emerging business segment, working directly with fleet operators, national accounts, supplier partners, marketing, and Lowen's national installation network.
This position is ideal for a consultative salesperson who enjoys building new markets, solving operational challenges, and developing long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Develop and manage a national sales pipeline for Cooling Solutions products and services
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct customer discovery and needs analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, transportation leaders, and national account customers
  • Lead opportunities from initial contact through implementation and expansion

Consultative Selling
  • Understand customer operational challenges and business objectives
  • Develop business cases and ROI-focused recommendations
  • Conduct customer presentations and solution reviews
  • Lead pilot program discussions and implementation planning
  • Collaborate with supplier partners to support technical evaluations

Market Development
  • Expand Lowen's presence within:
    • Refrigerated transportation
    • Cold-chain logistics
    • Last-mile delivery fleets
    • EV fleets
    • Utility fleets
    • Service and final mile vehicle fleets

Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Support development of digital lead generation campaigns
  • Collaborate on case studies, customer testimonials, and educational content
  • Leverage inbound opportunities generated through dedicated Cooling Solutions marketing initiatives

Program Execution
  • Coordinate customer pilots and field programs
  • Collaborate with Lowen's national installer network to support implementation
  • Assist customers in scaling successful pilot programs into fleet-wide deployments
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the sales and deployment process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience
