NMC Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, strategic administrative support to our CEO, development team, and Board of Directors.
At NMC Health we are proud to set a 5-Star standard for patient satisfaction and are presently seeking an Executive Assistant to serve on our team. We are looking for a career clerical administrative assistant who possesses multiple years of experience managing complex executive operations. The ideal candidate will regularly attend high-level executive and board meetings, taking meticulous minutes while maintaining the highest standards of corporate secrecy, data privacy, and confidentiality. If you have a proven track record of be self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized with a professional demeanor while juggling multiple high-priority tasks, we want you on our team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and skills:
  • Demonstrated skills with interpersonal communications in written, oral and electronic formats.
  • Skill in time management with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Office suite, Board Effect, CRM databases, Canva and willingness to learn the electronic media utilized by the hospital in a timeframe mutually agreed upon between employee and supervisor.
  • Demonstrated applied knowledge of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate meetings, produce a monthly donor newsletter, and manage high-level special events involving multiple stakeholders.
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent executive administrative experience may be substituted for education.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, four (4) years of experience preferred; prior experience in healthcare preferred. One-year experience in clinical practice required.
  • Progressive experience interacting with large volumes of people each workday required.
