We are currently seeking PMHNPs to join our team in Portland (Beaverton) and lead our busiest clinic in the Pacific Northwest, driven by high demand for both Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry services such as TMS and Spravato.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid option requiring 4 days in the office each week. Candidates can choose between a 5x8 or 4x10 schedule at our Beaverton Clinic. This role will support our Medication Management and Interventional Psychiatry teams with TMS and Spravato treatments. You will receive comprehensive support from our Care Navigators and in-office Technicians, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.
Must possess an OR PMHNP license and be open to obtaining cross-licensure in CA or already hold a CA PMHNP license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 or 4 days in the office, depending on location.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to patients.
  • Prescribe and monitor medications as necessary.

Qualifications
  • At least 12 months of experience post-licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting.
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Nursing.
  • Board Certification from ANCC or AANP.
  • Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (dependent on clinic location).
  • Active DEA registration in the state where you will be prescribing (based on clinic location).
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and emotional disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have experience managing patient data and documenting clinical information efficiently. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

The total compensation includes a base salary of $180,000 plus monthly bonuses based on billed hours.
Compensation Breakdown
  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $180,000
