Job Description Job Description: Design, develop, and support enterprise web and mobile applications within a Microsoft technology environment. Participate in modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy applications to current development frameworks and technologies. Develop and maintain database-driven applications utilizing Microsoft SQL Server and related technologies.

Build and consume APIs and integrations with internal and external systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing applications and systems Additional Responsibilities for Senior/Lead-Level Candidates Partner with leadership and peers to establish and promote development standards and best practices.

Provide technical direction, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. Mentor and support software engineers through coaching, collaboration, and constructive feedback. Conduct code reviews and promote high-quality, maintainable software development practices.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Assist with project planning, technical estimation, and delivery oversight across multiple initiatives. Qualifications: MUST haves Technical Experience Strong experience with C#/.NET application development
