Job description

Domain: The candidate should have good domain knowledge on Retail and in specific a bit more depth knowledge on any of the planning systems available in market as part of Merchandise and Allocation planning
Plan and deliver projects: Define scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks; manage multiple planning projects from start to finish
Track progress: Monitor milestones, dependencies, and critical path; proactively manage risks, issues, and changes
Communicate with stakeholders: Serve as the main point of contact for business, tech, and vendor teams; provide clear updates to leadership and executives
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution
Maintain documentation: Keep project plans, meeting notes, action logs, risk registers, RACIs, and status reports up to date
Qualifications
Required
7+ years of project management experience in supply chain planning especially in Retail Domain, or enterprise IT with retail background
Proven track record leading cross-functional supply chain or technology projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to work with diverse teams from operations to C-suite
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence)
