Job description

We are seeking a Head of Product to own and drive the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and execution for Amazon Publisher Cloud. Amazon Publisher Cloud (APC) is redefining how publishers and advertisers collaborate on data-driven advertising. Operating at the intersection of programmatic advertising, privacy-enhanced collaboration, and AI/ML optimization, APC bridges advertiser outcomes with publisher supply across streaming TV, web, and emerging formats.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for a product portfolio spanning planning, activation, and measurement - serving the world's largest TV broadcasters, streaming platforms, and device OEMs, while powering differentiated activation and measurement capabilities for Amazon DSP advertisers and agency partners.
As Head of Product, you will define the multi-year product vision for APC, set the strategic direction for how publishers and advertisers collaborate through privacy-enhanced signal sharing, and lead a team of product managers and data scientists to deliver against ambitious adoption and growth targets.
This role requires a leader who can envision the future of programmatic advertising while engaging deeply in the technical architecture of clean rooms, AI-powered optimization engines, and real-time bidding systems.

As a team, we value bold thinking, intellectual rigor, and a bias for action.
Key job responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy: Own the APC product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with Amazon Ads' broader strategic priorities for programmatic advertising
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and data scientists - fostering a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, and high-velocity execution
Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Own the end-to-end product spanning planning, activation, measurement, optimization, deal management, identity, APIs, international expansion, and emerging initiatives
Cross-Org Partnership: Serve as the primary product leader interfacing with Amazon Ads partner teams (DSP, AMC, Measurement, AWS Clean Rooms) to drive deep integrations and unlock joint value propositions
GTM & Industry Representation: Partner with Product Marketing, Customer teams, and Sales to ensure products are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted. Represent the team and product at industry events.

Executive Communication: Author narratives, present product strategy and highlight progress to VP and SVP leadership through business reviews and planning cycles
Mechanisms & Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain product team mechanisms including weekly business reviews, prioritization reviews, and voice of customer surveys
About the team
Amazon Publisher Services (APS) helps publishers of all sizes and on all channels better monetize their content through effective advertising. APS unites publishers with advertisers across devices and media channels. We work with Amazon teams across the globe to solve complex problems for our customers.

Our work spans product development, technology innovation, and cross-functional collaboration as we shape the future of advertising at Amazon.
