Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing insurance organization as a Project Coordinator supporting multiple departments including Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, and Operations. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in driving projects forward, improving coordination between teams, and helping the company move faster without sacrificing accuracy or accountability.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, is highly organized, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

The role will largely include:

·      Coordinating internal and external projects related to vendor onboarding, system implementations, and process improvement

·      Tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools

·      Organizing and leading check-in meetings to keep teams aligned

·      Communicating project updates to department leads and executives

·      Gathering input and feedback from stakeholders and helping adjust project plans as needed

·      Supporting all departments including Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, and Operations

·      Helping build scalable workflows and documentation for repeatable project types

·      Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·      Comfortable working with multiple departments and priorities

·      Solid written and verbal communication skills

·      1–3 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain management preferred

·      Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira, etc…) is a plus

·      Willingness to learn the systems, processes, and challenges of the departments you’ll support
