Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Support project planning, scheduling, governance, and project administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Monitor project progress, maintain project documentation, manage RAID logs, and prepare status reports and meeting documentation.
  3. Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource activities.
  4. Perform quality reviews of project artifacts, support project onboarding, and promote compliance with project management methodologies and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6+ years of experience in project management office (PMO) support, project coordination, SDLC, project governance, schedule management, and enterprise project delivery.

Technical Skills

Project Management Office (PMO), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Scheduling, RAID Management, SDLC, Project Reporting, Project Tracking Tools

Business / Domain Skills

Project Coordination, Stakeholder Communication, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Organizational Planning, Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
