Job description

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Prince Resorts Hawaii, Inc. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

At Prince Resorts Hawaii, we don't just sell rooms - we create unforgettable moments in some of the most iconic destinations in the world. From the newly renovated and iconic elegance of Mauna Kea Beach Hotel to the elevated experience at The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and the vibrant energy of Prince Waikiki, our portfolio represents the very best of Hawaii hospitality.

But what truly sets us apart isn't just where we are - it's who we are.

We are adding to our high-performance sales culture which is fueled by relationships, ambition, and results. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who take pride in their relationships, their revenue, and their ability to consistently outperform the market.

We move with purpose, we think strategically, and we execute at a high level - every day. We are a team driven by purpose: to create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our guests, our communities, and each other. Our culture is rooted in authentic aloha, respect, collaboration, and empowerment - where every team member is encouraged to bring their full self, take ownership, and make an impact. We believe the best results come from people who feel valued, inspired, and connected to something bigger than themselves.

Our company has been recognized by Hawaii Business Magazine's "Best Places to Work" for five consecutive years. In addition, we invest deeply in our people. From competitive compensation and benefits to career development, best in class recognition programs, and undeniably the best employee travel perks with both Marriott and Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
