Technical Executive Assistant

Location: Onsite Miami FL Salary/Pay rate: ***-***k/yr ***/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Answer phones and relay messages to the Manager/Director.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Anticipate executive needs proactively.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Monitor project deadlines and follow up on action items to keep things on schedule.
  • Handle all team communications and events.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing documents and reporting.
  • Plan company off-sites and executive retreats.
  • Complete any additional assigned projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of experience in an administrative role that reports to executive management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible team player.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) certification.
  • Experience with Airtable.
  • Associate degree or higher.
