Job description

CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are seeking a Senior Analyst (Lead IMCOM) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This position serves as the designated lead analyst for IMCOM and provides senior headquarters coordination, reporting, and analytical support across the Army TAP enterprise. The selected candidate will integrate information from field sites and stakeholders, support leadership visibility, and help drive consistent program execution across Army installations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead analyst supporting IMCOM coordination, reporting, and issue resolution across the Army TAP program.
  • Integrate and analyze information from field sites, stakeholders, and program systems to provide headquarters-level insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare executive briefings, summary reports, strategic recommendations, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with IMCOM, ACES, HRC, and installation stakeholders to improve program execution, communication, and consistency.
  • Monitor program trends, risks, pilot initiatives, surveys, and surge requirements, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support the development and standardization of reporting processes and performance metrics.
  • Improve visibility into compliance, service delivery, and program outcomes across supported installations.
  • Provide analytical support for special projects and leadership-directed initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations and processes.

required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Public Administration, Human Resources, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
  • Senior-level experience supporting program analysis, reporting, consulting, strategic planning, or headquarters operations.
  • Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, and analytical products for senior leaders.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must successfully complete a National Agency Check (NAC) and applicable background investigation requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting IMCOM, ACES, Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP), or other Army headquarters-level initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale federal, military, or government programs.
  • Experience leading analytical efforts across geographically dispersed organizations.
