  • Direct sales experience within long-term or post-acute care strongly preferred, including Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Care, Home Health, and/or Hospice.

  • Existing relationships with operators and decision-makers in the post-acute market strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success carrying and achieving a significant Enterprise quota, ideally $1M+ annually.

  • Proven ability to independently prospect and generate net-new pipeline.

  • Strong consultative discovery, presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles with strong territory planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

  • Self-motivated, competitive, collaborative, and accountable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Approximately $1.2M annual quota

  • Approximately 300 assigned Enterprise accounts
