About the Role
As a Territory Account Executive - Real Estate Services, you'll be responsible for developing new business and strengthening existing relationships with:

You'll serve as a trusted partner by educating clients on our home warranty programs while providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
This is a relationship-driven, business-to-business outside sales role requiring daily travel throughout your assigned Michigan territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and brokerages.
  • Conduct daily face-to-face sales appointments and presentations.
  • Schedule and facilitate office presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions.
  • Travel throughout Michigan, visiting real estate offices and industry partners.
  • Distribute marketing materials and promotional resources.
  • Generate referrals and expand your professional network.
  • Educate partners on our products, enrollment process, and best practices.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM activities daily.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Attend networking events, industry meetings, and community functions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing account support.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Home Warranty, Real Estate, Mortgage, or Title industry experience required
  • Existing book of business within the real estate industry strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales, recruiting, or account management experience
  • At least 2 years as a top-producing outside or direct sales professional
  • Proven success in prospecting, networking, and closing new business
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
