To prepare, candidates should focus on developing strong communication skills, physical fitness, and ongoing training in risk assessment and crisis management.

What are executive protection services?

Executive Protection Services refer to specialized security measures designed to ensure the safety of high-profile individuals, such as corporate executives, celebrities, or political figures. These services include risk assessment, advance planning, secure transportation, and close personal protection to prevent threats like kidnapping, harassment, or physical harm. Executive Protection professionals are highly trained to handle emergency situations discreetly and efficiently, often working in both domestic and international environments. The goal is to allow clients to conduct their business or personal activities with minimal disruption and maximum safety.

  • Lead by example in the kitchen while working hands-on, maintaining a clean, organized environment, and upholding all food safety, handling, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Train, coach, and develop the Culinary and Dining teams while partnering with the Dining Room Supervisor to deliver smooth, timely meal service.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, inventory, vendor relationships, and daily invoice entry using company tools and standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by gathering feedback, hosting monthly Chef chats, and adapting menus to their preferences.
  • Create and maintain weekly labor schedules and ensure team compliance with all uniform and safety requirements.
