Account Supervisor

We are seeking a talented Account Supervisor to join the Client Team of our client โ€“ an Advertising Agency located in Overland Park, KS, In this role, you'll lead client relationships, oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, and serve as a key connection point between clients, account leadership, and internal teams.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who can balance strategic thinking with handsโ€‘on execution. You'll help ensure work is polished, clientโ€‘ready, and on pace while guiding Account Executives and Coordinators and supporting growth across your accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact.
  • Oversee, prioritize, and quality-check a wide range of marketing tactics from development through launch.
  • Guide, review, and mentor Account Executives and Coordinators.
  • Build strong client relationships that support trust, transparency, and growth.
  • Develop and manage accurate estimates, timelines, and forecasts.
  • Partner with Agency Operations on project financials, scope, and margin discipline.
  • Provide Creative and Content teams with the strategic insight and direction they need.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and help develop new business within existing accounts.
  • Draft forms, presentations, and proposals that support client confidence and internal collaboration.
  • Represent the agency professionally with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising or marketing.
  • Strong client relationship management skills across multiple accounts.
