What You'll Do
As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a C-Suite executive and enabling the organization to operate at its highest level. You will ensure seamless execution of executive priorities, manage complex scheduling and communications, and support project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
In this role you will:
  • Provide professional administrative support to a C-Suite executive, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Address scheduling, communication, and process issues, escalating as needed.
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes and tools.
