Position Summary and Objective
The Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver will be responsible for protection, driving, and security for executives. We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Agent with a minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience working with C-suite level executives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid Indiana firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties. This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal during travel to and from business and personal engagements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Safely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout Evansville, IN and surrounding areasย 
  • Conduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivalsย 
  • Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all timesย 
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each tripย 
  • Remain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standbyย 
  • Coordinate with security teams and administrative staff as neededย 
  • Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergenciesย 
  • Maintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicleย 
  • Ensure strict confidentiality at all timesย 
  • Must be able to manage time appropriatelyย 
  • Provide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protection
  • Manage security at client events
  • All other duties as assignedย

Qualifications and Education
Required Qualifications:ย 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clienteleย 
  • Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background
  • Possess a high school diploma or GEDย 
  • Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving recordย 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and not prohibitedย from carrying a firearm
  • Pass a fingerprinting/background check
  • Must have a clean criminal record
  • Indiana CCW permitย for concealed carry in other states with reciprocity
  • Must have completed all required Indiana state certified training for an armed security guard (must provide certificates) with additional training as necessary
  • Eligible to receive Indiana Armed Security Guard licensingย underย employer
  • Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)ย 
  • Excellent knowledge of Evansville, IN and surrounding area roadwaysย 
  • Experience in emergency responseย 
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skillsย 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tactical/emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)โ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏย 
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certificateย 
  • Familiarity with secure communications and advanced work

Position Type and Schedule
  • Regular Full-Time (RFT)
  • In-person position located in Indiana
  • 24/7 availability to the client while on a task
  • May require domestic and international travel
  • Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000ย annually
