Essnova Solutions is a fast-growing federal contractor delivering innovative technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation solutions to Federal Government customers. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an upcoming federal IT support services program. *This is for a proposal opportunity*
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day contract execution, project planning, resource coordination, customer engagement, risk management, and delivery oversight. The successful candidate will work closely with Government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful execution of project objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application development efforts
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Develop project status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure successful delivery of project objectives within established timelines

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • PMP Certification OR 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects or programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing schedules, resources, risks, and project deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Government stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience supporting Federal Government IT environments preferred
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal contracts and task orders
