ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Tasks
  • Seeks opportunities for business development in auto glass and automotive electronic
  • Responsible for heading up expansion in new services/areas as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
  • Grow sales and cultivate relationships with all new and existing customer segments including, but not limited to, insurance agencies, dealerships, fleet, body shops, and automotive electronics.
  • Make B2B Cold Calls in-person, virtually, and over the phone.
  • Building relationships with existing clients to increase share of wallet.
  • Creating, negotiating, and closing dealer and commercial agreements.
  • Increase revenue through generation of leads
  • Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail
  • Coordinate and facilitate Sales Presentations for clients
  • Perform Lunch and Learn Presentations for Insurance, Dealership, and Fleet accounts
  • Build, Maintain and Track Customer List in a Business management program
  • Assist Dealerships, and Fleet accounts with referrals, conflict resolution, and customer service
  • Build action plans and follow up a timeline for any incidents, performance issues, or other non-compliance of company policies.
  • Report and thoroughly document any accidents or events related to customers or employees timely to Director and HR.
  • Participate in external marketing and team building activities as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School graduate required, college degree preferred
  • Must live in the Orlando Area
  • 5+ years in an outside sales role is preferred
  • Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor, outgoing and charismatic personality
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technical literacy with various operating systems, software, and office equipment
  • Multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Good grammar and communication skills
  • English fluency required, Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with some overnight travel occasionally
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
  • Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and/or GTS management system a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Business hours of operation are Mon-Fri. 7:30am-5:30pm, maybe required to attend after-hour functions, overnight trips and special events.
