The Executive Assistant contributes to organizational success by anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and upholding company values with professionalism and integrity.

The Security Operations team at Walmart safeguards the company against evolving cybersecurity threats by integrating operations, incident response, threat detection, offensive security, and AI-enabled capabilities. Operating globally, the team collaborates across technology, business, and security functions to protect Walmart’s associates, customers, and critical operations. What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings by researching options, managing timelines, and organizing resources efficiently.

  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
