Job description

Ellucian is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel, Data Privacy & AI, to lead privacy and AI governance across the global business. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Information Security, IT, HR, and executives to enable innovation while controlling legal risk.

The ideal candidate has a JD, 10+ years of relevant experience, and deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and FERPA. This role emphasizes practical guidance, cross-border transfers, and responsible technology practices.
