Job description

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing engineering and construction company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants.
The Program Management Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to PreK-12 school district leadership by helping clients identify facility needs, evaluate long-term facility strategies, build stakeholder alignment, and successfully implement capital improvement programs. Rather than selling individual projects, this position develops long-term partnerships that enable school districts to make informed facility decisions-from initial assessments and master planning through funding strategy, community engagement, design, construction, and ongoing facility stewardship.
Compensation includes a $90,000 base salary plus an industry-competitive commission structure.
Program Management Account Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Client Development
  • Build long-term partnerships with PreK-12 school districts across the territory.
  • Identify opportunities for facility planning and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with district executives, facilities leaders, and Boards of Education.
  • Position SitelogIQ as a trusted partner from planning through implementation.
  • Expand client relationships by identifying additional service opportunities.

Consultative Leadership
  • Lead strategic discussions to uncover district priorities, facility needs, and long-term goals.
  • Guide leaders through facility planning and capital investment decisions.
  • Align facility strategies with educational, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the planning process.
  • Present recommendations to district leadership and Boards of Education.

Solution Development
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive facility solutions.
  • Develop customized roadmaps aligned with district goals and financial capacity.
  • Advise clients on funding, procurement, and implementation strategies.
  • Present integrated solutions that provide long-term value.

Community Engagement & Referendum Leadership
  • Advise clients on community engagement strategies that support facility planning.
  • Identify opportunities for stakeholder involvement and referendum planning.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support outreach, communications, and implementation.
  • Help districts build public trust and support for facility investments.

Executive Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships throughout multi-year initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and connect clients with internal experts.
  • Deliver exceptional client service that drives repeat business and referrals.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management
  • Maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage opportunities, forecasting, and account planning through CRM tools.
  • Execute strategic account management and territory growth planning.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and collaborate on business development priorities.

Market Leadership
  • Serve as a thought leader in educational facility planning and capital strategy.
  • Stay current on industry trends, funding opportunities, and best practices.
  • Represent SitelogIQ at industry events and professional associations.
  • Educate school leaders on facility stewardship and long-term planning.
  • Promote SitelogIQ's Single Source of Accountability® approach.

Program Management Account Executive Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of five years of consultative business development, client relationship management, or strategic account management experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing executive-level relationships and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, facilitation, and proposal development skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and consultative selling capabilities.
  • Ability to influence decision makers and build consensus among multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Experience in one or more of the following:
