Fame House is seeking a Content Producer to join the Digital Creative Services team, reporting into the Exec Line Producer. This role will oversee the day-to-day development and execution of photo, video, and live-stream content across a dynamic slate of digital creative projects that drive audience engagement.
The Content Producer is responsible for managing production schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple projects, ensuring creative alignment, operational efficiency, and flawless delivery. Working closely with Content Creative Directors, Project Creative Directors, and the Design & Direction team, this role helps bring creative concepts to life through high-quality, scalable content that connects with fans and delivers measurable business results.
This position is ideal for an experienced producer who thrives at the intersection of creative development and production management, someone who can anticipate challenges, streamline workflows, and empower teams to execute at the highest level.
How You'll CREATE
  • Lead the planning and execution of content production across photo, video, and live formats for artist sites, stores, campaigns, and social media.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Content Creative Directors to translate campaign and product concepts into executable production plans.
  • Partner closely with Project Creative Directors and the Design & Direction team to ensure creative consistency and quality across all assets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments-including Product, Merchandising, and Engagement-to align content output with campaign timelines and objectives.
  • Oversee shoots from pre-production through post, ensuring creative intent and technical excellence are achieved.
  • Support the development and scaling of production workflows and asset management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize production processes and introduce new tools, technologies, or partners to improve creative output.
  • Provide clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout each production cycle.

Bring your VIBE
  • 5-8 years of experience in content production, photo/video production management, within music, entertainment, agency, or digital brand environments.
  • Proven experience producing content across e-commerce, marketing, and social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of production logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Deep familiarity with music, artist, and label environments, preferably within UMG or similar ecosystems.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
  • Hands-on knowledge of production tools, asset management systems, and post-production workflows.
  • A passion for storytelling, music, and digital innovation
